Raw Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 raw mango, peel and chop
1 ripe banana, peel and slice
1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
Toppings: sliced fresh fruits, nuts, seeds.
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the chopped raw mango, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of water or coconut water to achieve your desired consistency.
