Raw Mango Lassi: 

Ingredients 

1raw mango, peel and chop

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup chilled water

2 tablespoons honey

A pinch of cardamom powder

Icecubes (optional) 

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the chopped raw mango, plain yogurt, chilled water, honey, and cardamom powder. 

Blend until smooth and creamy.

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again to make it chilled and frothy.

Pour the raw mango lassi into glasses.

Serve chilled as a refreshing and tangy drink.
