Mulethi benefits to the skin and hair. It has anti-bacterial
properties as well that make the skin clear and protects against harmful sun
rays and pollution. In Ayurveda, licorice or mulethi has been extensively used in medicines and for skin care. It will give glow and fairness to the skin.
Ingredients -
Brown
Rice - 3 tablespoon
Liquorice (Mulethi) powder - ½ tablespoons
Oats - 3 tablespoon
Milk - 3 tablespoon
Method -
- Grind Brown rice & oats separately
- Mix ground brown rice, oats & liquorice powder. Mix well!
- Take 2 tsp of above mixture and add lukewarm milk to form a paste. If the paste is too thick, you can add lukewarm water to get desired paste.
- Apply to face and neck and leave for 10 minutes to 20 minutes
- Wash with normal water.
