Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 knuckle ginger root, about 1/2"
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 avocado, peeled
1 cup red kale
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup frozen red grapes
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 1/2 cups chilled green tea, unsweetened
Method-
§ Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth .
§ Blend into a paste, then add the ice cubes.
