Ingredients:
Milk (almond, coconut and dairy all work in this recipe) - 2 Cups
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Raw Honey - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper - a Pinch
Tiny piece of ginger root or ¼ tsp ginger powder
Procedure:
First, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.Then, Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Drink immediately.
