Mint has anti-microbial properties and it not only cleans the scalp but also prevents fungal and bacterial outgrowths.
Mint acts as a coolant and using it as after wash solution soothes the scalp and prevents dryness and irritation.

Mint leaves

Procedure
- Take water in a container and boil it.
- Add 8-10 mint leaves to the boiling water.
- Allow it to boil till the leaf decolourizes and the water consistency is reduced to half.
- Strain the liquid and allow it to cool down.
- Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use this liquid as a after wash solution.
- Take 2 tablespoon of this liquid and mix it with sufficient quantity of water.
- Rinse your hair with a regular shampoo.
- Rinse the scalp and hair with the mint solution as a last rinse.
- Follow the process every time you rinse your hair.
